Your first time in the Control Panel
A walkthrough of the Control Panel for anyone using it for the first time.
Accessing the Control Panel
The Control Panel is at https://control.highcohesion.com/. Log in with the email address and password provided during onboarding. Two-factor authentication is enforced — on your first login you will be taken through 2FA setup (see Setting up two-factor authentication).
Forgotten your password? Click Forgotten Password on the login form and enter your account email. A secure reset link should arrive within 10 minutes — check your spam folder if it does not.
No account yet? Accounts are created per organisation. Ask a colleague with Owner access to add you (see Managing users and permissions), or email support@highcohesion.com.
What you will see
The main view shows your streams — the configured data flows that make up your integration. Each stream shows:
Its name (typically source system, direction, and destination, e.g. "Orders: Shopify → NetSuite")
Its current status (active, paused, or error)
A count of recent events and any failures

Navigating to an event
Click a stream name to open its event list.
Events are listed in reverse chronological order — most recent first.
Click an event to open its detail view, which shows the full data payload, the event status, and any error messages.

Key areas
Streams — your list of configured integrations. This is where you go to check event volume and error counts.
Events — the individual data records passing through each stream. You can filter by status, date, and reference number.
Issues — where you see the list of open issues to be reviewed.
Settings — Users, Alerts, Actions
